A journalist has left a regional publisher to join a specialist national title.

Edd Church has announced his departure from Reach plc to join Nursing Times.

Edd, pictured, began his career at Cornwall Live in 2020 after training at Cardiff University before moving to Dorset Live in October last year.

He will serve as a senior reporter at the Times, where former Kent Messenger editor Denise Eaton is senior clinical editor.

Announcing his move on Twitter, Edd wrote: “Now’s probably the right time to announce I’m now a senior reporter for Nursing Times.

“From now on, I’ll be covering all things related to nurses.”
