A new managing director has been appointed to lead Press Association’s images division.
Stephen Munday, left, has begun his role as MD of PA Images, which is based in Nottingham, and will be responsible for managing and growing one of the largest photo library in the UK.
He joins from Getty Images where his career spanned more than 20 years, including roles as vice president of commercial operations and vice president of global editorial product development.
During his time at Getty, Stephen also played a key role in significantly growing Getty Images’ UK editorial business.
Stephen said: “PA Images is a fantastic business with enormous potential – I am thrilled to get started and lead the company through this exciting time.
“As a business, we are focused on growing the company, offering a more in-depth image archive and a more intuitive customer experience.”
