Former Tory Cabinet minister Lord Heseltine is to address London-based regional press journalists at a lunch this month.

The Newspaper Conference, which includes London-based regional correspondents working for papers in memebership of the Newspaper Society, is hosting a lunch for the peer on 24 June.

The lunch will be hosted by the recently-appointed Conference chairman Annabelle Dickson, Archant Anglia political editor.

The Conference holds a series of lunches with senior politicians throughout the year. Ed Miliband was the guest speaker at the annual lunch last year.
