A South Coast daily newspaper has launched a new 20-page property guide which will be published in broadsheet format.
The Argus in Brighton printed the new pull-out with the many different property types showcased in larger print.
Property will now be published in the Newsquest-owned title every Friday with the broadsheet style allowing readers to view properties in as much detail as possible.
Editor Michael Beard said: “We have felt for a while that something was missing – a platform not only for advertisers but also for readers. And we hope we have put that right with the launch of Property.
“We chose broadsheet because it gives us the space to highlight all the qualities of the properties themselves and to showcase them in the detail readers and potential buyers want.
“We were also determined that as well as being a supplement for properties it would also include local and national related news, area features and guest columnists and opinions from experts within the industry.
“An active property market is important to the local economy and now, at the start of 2014, there is a genuine sense of recovery in the housing market that is stimulating other parts of the economy. We hope that Property will play an important part in that.”
