UKIP leader Nigel Farage is to be guest speaker at the latest Newspaper Conference lunch to take place next week.

The MEP will address regional press political journalists at the event on Friday 28 June, which will be chaired by Jon Walker, political editor of the Birmingham Mail.

The lunch is part of the Conference’s programme of regular lunches with senior politicians which runs throughout the year.

The conference is made up of London-based representatives of regional newspapers in membership of the Newspaper Society.
