Publisher launches new website for lifestyle mag

A regional publisher which relaunched a portfolio of local lifestyle magazines earlier this year has launched a new website for one of the titles.

Archant rebranded its entire 16 magazines titles in London under a single Resident banner in February, which were previously published under a variety of names.

Now the company has launched the first new-look website for the brand for its SW Resident title, which was built in consulation with magazine readers and contributors and aims to be easy to navigate.

Vicky Mayer, editor-in-chief of Archant London’s magazine portfolio, said: “The new site is designed to cater for residents of SW London; we’re very proud of it, and we’re confident our readers will like it.

“We’re using digital platforms to build on and compliment the glossy print title, giving readers and advertisers alike the chance to engage with the brand in new ways, not just through the website but also on Twitter and Facebook.

“This is our first significant digital development of our new re-invigorated ‘Resident’ brand and we have lots more exciting changes planned in the next few months.”
