I always thought a bill/or a poster was intended as a teaser or a taster to encourage the reader to buy the paper.
The bill board featured leaves little to the imagination. Why not ask the question: What did man leave on his exe’s carpet?, Or, maybe, Surprise left on exe’s carpet – or something similar.
Just a thought.
Let’s face it, as bills go it’s a pile of crap.
