A reporter is set to move to a neighbouring patch after moving between two regional sister titles.

Anna Willis has announced she will be leaving Essex Live next month to join fellow Reach plc website MyLondon.

The move represents a return to the capital for Anna, pictured, who trained in the capital at News Associates before joining Essex Live in September 2021.

Anna praised her colleagues there as an “absolutely fantastic team” on Twitter.

She added: “I’m really excited to be joining the MyLondon team as a multimedia reporter next month.

“I will miss Essex Live hugely after an amazing almost two years covering everything from Southend becoming a city to murder trials, crumpets and much more.”

She told HTFP: “I’m really excited about moving to MyLondon. I can’t wait to get to know the city inside and out and to speak to people about what the biggest issues are across London.”
