A regional publisher’s titles have celebrated a record-breaking month online.
Reach Scotland has revealed it amassed 15.2m unique users in June generating 69.76m page views, beating May’s previous high.
The Daily Record’s site had its best month ever with 10.92m unique users – a 50pc increase year-on-year – and 42.28m page views.
The Glasgow-based Record’s app also reached more than 49,000 users and 16.12m page views.
City news site Glasgow Live broke all previous monthly records with 2.11m unique users and 6.41m page views.
Its sister title Edinburgh Live achieved a new record with 1.21m unique users and 2.66m page views.
The company’s Football Scotland website recorded 725,000 unique users and 1.51m page views, while business news platform Insider was visited by 170,000 unique users, who accounted for more than 325,000 page views.
Wonderful news. I’m sure this led to an enormous upsurge in digital advertising revenue which the company will be announcing any day now.

So pleased for them. But makes you wonder how this compares to other Reach titles. The company stopped providing breakdowns a while back, which is surprising given that it is such an ongoing success story.
