A lifestyle magazine in South London has asked TV makeover show star Phil Spencer to guest-edit its 25th anniversary issue.

The Archant-owned SW Resident, which circulates in the borough of Wandsworth  marks its silver jubilee this autumn.

Location, Location, Location star Phil has been working closely with editor Lorraine Crighton-Smith to produce a special anniversary issue, celebrating the best local shops, restaurants and streets.

Said Lorraine:  “Phil was the perfect candidate for the job, having been a resident of South West London for over 20 years. His knowledge of the local area is unrivalled. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him.”

Added Phil: “Having enjoyed flicking through the magazine pretty much every month throughout the 22 years I’ve lived here, I was delighted to be asked to guest edit this issue and to be involved in the celebrations.”
