A regional publisher has created an online TV channel which will feature regular videos made by journalists at a series of weekly titles.
Clyde Weekly Press, which is part of the Romanes Media Group, has created River Clyde TV to boost its online presence for its titles which include the Clydebank Post, Barrhead News, The Gazette, Dumbarton Reporter and Helensburgh Advertiser.
The channel contains a range of videos by journalists at the papers, which are divided into categories for location, special events and sport.
Martin Little, head of business development at the Romanes Media Group, said: “River Clyde TV will add a new dimension to our online offerings in the Clyde Weekly Press division with regular video updates from our team of local journalists.
“Our online audiences continue to show excellent and exciting levels of growth, and we hope the video content will be well received by our online audience.”
One of the videos features a “big debate” hosted by the Helensburgh Advertiser about the future of naval base Faslane, which was attended by more than 250 people.
