Budding press photographers and photojournalists are being offered chance to attend a free seminar where they can learn more about career options and training opportunities.

The National Council for the Training of Journalists is holding the event at the Guardian’s headquarters in London ahead of a photography exhibition to mark the organisation’s 60th anniversary.

It will be held on 10 June and will give those interested in becoming press photographers the chance to meet leading figures from the industry, as well as viewing the exhibition, which runs from 11 June to 15 July.
