A documentary due to be made for Channel 4 is courting controversy by looking for journalists who are happy to admit to occasional or more regular use of alcohol, cannabis or ecstasy and allow the production team to follow the effects that it has on their body over the period of a month.
The volunteers, in their 20s or early 30s, would be taken to Holland where there would be no legal repercussions, and where the local university would monitor the effects.
