The Shropshire Star has relaunched its online picture sales service with the chance for readers to buy not just prints of their favourite pictures… but wall posters, mugs,
t-shirts, coasters and mouse mats too.

There is already a substantial archive of Star photos, and it continues to grow.

Internet editor Ian Harvey said: “We’ve also included a selection of collections for you to browse, including aerial views and some stunning county scenes.

“We’ll add to these whenever there’s a special event, like the Queen’s visit to Shropshire in July.”

Developer Tim Haynes and designer Darren Price put together the new, simple to use site, which can be reached by clicking on www.shropshirestarpix.com.

Other changes to the website’s content includes expanded sports coverage, and new discussion boards dedicated to the three biggest football in the area – Shrewsbury Town, Telford United and Wolverhampton Wanderers. For hardcore Wolves fans, there is also a webcam view of the Molineux stadium.
