Weekly newspapers rebrand with new names online

A group of weekly newspapers have rebranded with new titles online.

Clear Sky Publishing has launched the new ‘Today’ brand for its papers The Moorlander, North Devon Gazette and Torbay Weekly.

Their companion websites are now known as Moorlander Today, North Devon Today and Torbay Today respectively.

In a message at the top of the homepage, they are described as being “powered by” their corresponding print titles.

North Devon Today

Clear Sky launched in 2021 and purchased the Torbay Weekly and North Devon Gazette newspapers, as well as Exeter Life magazine, from Archant.

The group then bought The Moorlander, which covers Dartmoor.

Earlier this year, co-founder Simon Bax terminated his directorship, leaving Chris Coward as its sole director.
