A regional daily has made fresh investment in its coverage of technology by launching a new column.

Journalist Kurtis Reid, pictured, will offer news and reviews from the tech world in the Belfast Telegraph each Saturday.

The column will appear as part of the Bel Tel’s weekly supplement news magazine Review.

Kurtis’s debut piece examined Apple’s newest iPad – the iPad Air, with Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil.

Kurtis told HTFP: “It will focus on a review of a new or interesting tech product and also feature a spotlight panel on other devices, as well as different elements each week.

“It will also contain a round-up of the world’s biggest tech stories of the week and serves alongside the Belfast Telegraph’s tech coverage in Northern Ireland.
