A regional editorial chief has left her role to take up a national feature writing role.

Eleanor Fleming has announced her departure from Reach plc to join PA as a features writer.

Eleanor, pictured, had served as a regional content editor for Reach plc’s titles across the South-East of England since the start of this year.

Prior to that, she had spent three years as a reporter with Surrey Live.

At PA, Eleanor will work for the national news agency’s Real Life division covering human interest stories.

She began her new role on 14 November.

Eleanor told HTFP: “I have enjoyed working at Reach plc over the last four years, but I am delighted to be starting a new chapter as a real life features writer at PA Media.

“I look forward to continuing to share people’s extraordinary stories.”
