What appears to have been a legally questionable ‘medicinal’ donation was made by Staffordshire Police to the people on its patch this week.

Despite the ambiguously-worded headline and intro in the above press release, sent by the force to newspapers across the county, the ‘benefit’ in question was actually a number of recycled plant pots and unused growbags being given to keen gardeners after they were seized from a cannabis farm in Stoke-on-Trent.
