The Society of Editors Scottish Seminar and Conference 2001 will be held at the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor, on Friday-Sunday
May 4-6.
Friday’s seminar, open to non-members, will have a session on the Internet as a Newsgathering Tool conducted by David Randall.
There will also be an update on Scottish media law from Alistair Bonnington, and a brief update on the new Scottish Journalism Training Forum from its chairman, Colin Hume.
The conference will be attended by national Society of Editors President Ed Curran.
