Archant Life, the regional magazine subsidiary of Archant, has acquired Advent Media Ltd and its eight glossy paid-for county magazine titles for an undisclosed sum.
Stafford-based Advent publishes Warwickshire Life, Worcestershire Life, Shropshire Life, Staffordshire County Magazine, West Midlands Life, Birmingham Life, Herefordshire and Powys Life, and Leicestershire County Magazine. The titles have a combined circulation of around 80,000 copies per issue, which is a mixture of paid-for and free distribution.
