This is Wiltshire is offering a new way of looking at one of Britain’s most enigmatic ancient monuments.

Weird Wiltshire, the one-stop site about all things mysterious in the county, now has a webcam trained on Avebury.

In association with Kennet District Council, it offers daylight coverage of the stone circle in all weathers.

The webcam is owned and run by Kennet District Council and faces the stones in the south quarter of the formation and is updated by the council on a regular basis.
