There are now an ever-increasing number of regional and national industry awards which provide recognition for the hard work journalists put in to producing newspapers each day.

HoldtheFrontPage itself is co-sponsor of the EDF Energy Media Awards which take place annually in the South West, East of England and London and South-East regions.

Whatever the award, whether it be for specialist writing or UK-wide events run by bodies like the Newspaper Society, we will strive to cover them in this section.
