Murder appeal backed by press poster

The Gloucestershire Echo has joined forces with the police force in a bid to catch the killer of Cheltenham man Terry Rogers.

The paper has produced 250 posters which detectives are hoping will bring forward more evidence from the public.

The victim was stabbed to death on December 20 and although seven people have been arrested in connection with the case, no one has yet been charged.

Det Chief Insp Colin Robertshaw, who is heading the investigation, said: “We’re extremely grateful to the Gloucestershire Echo for producing these posters appealing for information on Terry Rogers’ murder.

“We still need the public’s help. This was a violent, unprovoked and cowardly attack on a defenceless man that has resulted in two daughters losing their father. Help us catch his killer.”
