Business and finance journalists are being asked to put forward entries for the London Stock Exchange – Baker Tilly AIM Journalist of the Year award.

It carries a £5,000 cash prize for people writing about the Stock Exchange’s international market for young and growing companies.

The award will be presented on June 19 to the journalist who has made an outstanding contribution to AIM-focused financial journalism over the past 12 months.

Journalists are invited to submit up to five pieces of work on AIM-related issues, including new companies admitted to AIM, features, reports on AIM companies and general coverage on the market.

Judges will look for entries which are professional, accurate and offer an incisive, original view of AIM, allied with excellent research and written skills.
