Job Description

Are you obsessed with real life stories? Do you prefer writing real life features to news stories and want to have your exclusives in the top women's magazines, papers and websites in the UK and around the world

Triangle News - the UK’s leading media agency - is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and hard-working real life features writer who can spot and deliver the most compelling and headline-grabbing real life exclusives in the country.

You will be NCTJ-qualified (or equivalent), with a degree, a razor-sharp news sense and bursting with ideas for stories that the British and international media will snap up. You will be a team player, enthusiastic, adaptable and hungry to make your mark on a rapidly expanding features department.

You must know your way around magazines such Take a Break, That's Life and Chat. You will be expected to manage accounts of national newspaper publications as well as TV shows such as This Morning and Good Morning Britain.

Every week our stories grace the front covers of women’s magazines from Closer to Take A Break while our exclusives appear in the Sunday Mirror, Sunday People, and Femail. We also sell to media around the globe.

If you are a confident journalist obsessed with real life stories, you have a sound knowledge of media law, and can persuade people to tell you their extraordinary stories then this is the perfect role for you.
