A flagship daily has revealed what it termed an “elegant, new design” after relaunching in print.
The Scotsman has unveiled its new design this morning, with its masthead moving from the top of the page.
Posting a preview of this morning’s splash last night, editor Neil McIntosh wrote on Twitter: “Your first look at the new-look Scotsman, with lots of new features and some familiar old favourites. We hope you enjoy it.”
The new-look newspaper also features 12-page lifestyle pullout Scottish Life. Its cover price remains at £2.
The redesign of the Edinburgh-based daily follows a separate move by publisher National World that will see eight of its other city titles relaunch.
The Yorkshire Evening Post was the first to make the transformation at the end of last month.
