A news reporter is making the leap to the nationals after just two years on a regional daily.
Olivia Marshall is leaving The Argus in Brighton and joining The Sun as a consumer reporter.
In her time at The Argus, Olivia covered a whole range of stories including most recently a front page investigation into drink spiking in the city.
Olivia, pictured below, worked her final day at the Newsquest-owned Brighton daily on Monday.
Announcing the news on Twitter, Olivia wrote: “I could not have asked for a better team to be a part of. I will be joining the fantastic journalists at The Sun.”
She told HTFP: “After almost two years at the Argus I’m very excited to be joining The Sun as a consumer reporter.
“The Argus has been an incredible platform and the team are dedicated to writing quality journalism and covering news from across Sussex.
“I’ve learnt so much as a patch reporter but I’m excited to get stuck into a new challenge.”
