Dear PRs
Here's an example of how not to introduce an email.
Yours,

As football’s European Championships begin this evening, one PR has offered a timely reminder of how not to pitch to Scottish journalists during the tournament.
Jack Aitchison, live editor at Glasgow-based daily The Herald, shared the above introduction to an email he was sent earlier this week which was unlikely to find any favour with reporters in Scotland.
The offending email stated: “Good morning, We’ve had 55 years of hurt, and still we dream of England lifting an international trophy.
“Could Gareth Southgate become the first England manager ever to win the Euros?”
Jack replied: “Dear PRs, Here’s an example of how not to introduce an email. Yours, Scotland.”
