Regional business journalists will find out next week if they have won a national prize delayed by the coronavirus crisis.
The Headlinemoney Awards has announced its winners will be revealed on Tuesday after a ceremony, which was due to be held in May, was cancelled because of Covid-19.
Six journalists are up for the Local/Regional Journalist of the Year prize, which forms part of what Headlinemoney describes as “financial journalism’s equivalent of the “Oscars”.
Bristol Post business editor Hannah Baker, pictured, is defending the crown she won last year.
Hannah is joined on the shortlist by three Yorkshire Post journalists – Conal Gregory, Mark Casci and Greg Wright.
More than 500 submissions were received across the various categories this year.
