A regional business and lifestyle magazine publisher has launched a new title to promote the area it serves.

Middlesbrough-based Resolution Media and Publishing has launched This Is Tees Valley, which aims to highlight the region to the rest of the UK and beyond.

The annual title, which has an initial print run of 10,000, will promote the businesses, investment opportunities, people, lifestyle and living spaces available in the Tees region.

Copies of This Is Tees Valley are also being offered to passengers flying in and out of Teesside Airport on all Eastern Airways flights – including routes to London City Airport, Newquay and Belfast.

Resolution director Dave Allan, who runs the company with his business partner Martin Walker, added: “We have gone to great lengths to make sure we achieve what we set out to do – to promote our region to the whole of the UK.

“Not having national events to exhibit This Is Tees Valley, as we’d originally planned, created an unexpected, although not an insurmountable, challenge for us – but having copies on all flights in and out of Teesside is a major coup.

“It will mean we’ll still be able to get copies of This Is Tees Valley out there across the UK and indeed the world, despite the set-back of the Covid-19 pandemic, promoting not only our region, but also the many businesses featured within the publication.”
