A regional publisher has launched a new website focusing on the French property market.

Archant has announced the launch of the mobile-friendly site for France Property Shop, offers an advanced search function – allowing users to narrow down their property search using criteria including location, price or property features.

France Property Shop is part of a portfolio of French publications produced by Archant – and is joined by three magazines (French Property News, Living France and France Magazine) and the Complete France website.

The portfolio also offers four of the UK’s largest French property exhibitions which are held throughout the year.

The site also offers prospective buyers the chance to save and compare their favourite properties, sign up to regular alerts, and contact agents and sellers directly

Group editor Karen Tait said: “We wanted to ensure that our new platform not only offers time-saving solutions for our buyers, but provides an easier way to upload and manage property listings for our agents and sellers too.

“It is now much quicker and easier to add a property listing – and we have also included additional benefits such as unlimited text descriptions, large pictures, and the option to upload floor plans, PDF files and embed videos.”
