A new monthly property publication has been launched by a regional publisher.
Archant’s ‘Hill & End Property’ has gone to print for the first time, and is focused on the Muswell Hill and Crouch End areas of North London.
The new publication follows the launch of a similar publication called ‘Parks & Greens Property’ in April.
The 20-page magazine, front cover pictured below, came out earlier this month.
John Cheadle, Archant’s North London publishing director, said: “The success of Parks & Greens Property has given us a blueprint for other new launches and we are confident the success of our first property publication will be replicated by Hill & End Property.
“After consulting with clients and taking time to get the plan right we launched a 20 page dedicated property paper – ‘magloid’ in style with glossy covers and brighter, whiter newsprint inside.”
The first issue of Hill & End Property can be viewed online here.
Did any effort go into the cover of this at all? What happens when none of the agents have a half decent-looking home to sell?
I worked on magazines likes this, which came and went in under a year. They’re just a cash cow.

Property revenue is crucial to Archant hence the falling over backwards to keep the agents happy such as the cringeworthy ‘ 10 most eligible agents in Norfolk ‘. Or the embarrassing photo shoots with estate agent office staff dressed asBond girls appearing in the Norfolk monthly magazine which has become very property led.
Let’s hope the property market doesn’t collapse otherwise another huge swathe of advertisers will desert ship Taking their huge ad spends with them
Desperate times
