Journalism student’s sister found ‘safe and well’ after search

charlotte-mosleyA journalism student’s sister who disappeared three days after moving to a new city has been found “safe and well.”

Police have confirmed 17-year-old Charlotte Mosley, left, has been found after going missing almost two weeks ago.

As reported last week, Charlotte’s sister Megan, who studies at the University of Derby, said her family were “fearful whenever the phone rings” following her disappearance on Tuesday 25 October.

Charlotte had moved to Derby from Burton upon Trent on Saturday 22 October. She was found in in Burntwood, near Lichfield, on Monday morning.

Her mum Shelley described Megan as her family’s “rock” who had “done them proud” during the search.

Shelley posted on Facebook she was “elated” that her daughter had been found.

She added: “I want to thank each and everyone of you for your constant support, words of reassurance, help and keeping Charlotte’s face out there.

“I really do believe without you all this wouldn’t of happened. Thank you so so much.”
