The UK’s biggest-selling regional daily and its sister titles have launched new job websites.
The Express and Star and other titles in the Claverley group, the Shropshire Star, the Jersey Evening Post and the Guernsey Press, appointed HotLizard to create new job platforms for their websites.
HotLizard was chosen after a four-month consultation process because the Claverley group was impressed by its Gecko job board platform.
Phil Inman, managing director of Midland News Association which publishes the two West Midlands titles, said: “In print and online we offer unrivalled reach for our advertisers so it was important that we provided a solution which met our business aims.
“The new jobs sites will ensure we provide our customers with the best possible recruitment site, bringing the latest functionality for users and superb value to our advertisers.”
