Regional daily profiles leaders of the future

The Leicester Mercury has produced two magazines profiling the most influential people on its patch together with thje likely leaders of the future.

The two supplements totalling 96 pages came free inside the Mercury on September 11 and September 18 respectively and featured profiles of people from the worlds of business, politics, the public sector, entertainment, culture, education, sport and religion.

They were produced by the newspaper’s business desk, led by business editor Ian Griffin, and sponsored by the University of Leicester and Watling JCB JCB.

Said Ian:  “The two magazines required a lot of painstaking work from the business desk, as well as hard graft from the advertising team, and are a great example of a complimentary partnership between the editorial and advertising departments.”
