Regional dailies move downstairs to new offices

Journalists at two regional dailies have moved to new offices in the same building.

Bristol News and Media, which publishes the Bristol Post and the Western Daily Press, has moved to a new suite two floors below its old Temple Way base.

BNM publisher Alan Renwick said there had been a smooth transition to the new offices, pictured below, thanks to the planning of his colleagues and they now had a “bright and beautiful environment” to work in.

He said: “This wonderful new space gives us a home with the look, feel and buzz you’d expect from one of Bristol’s most creative businesses.”

The new office contains creative wall drawings by Simon Mills from Drawn in Bristol.

Got to be better than the old “Brown Lubianka” but does anybody remember when the Old BUP made £20 + million before being sold down the river to Northcliffe by the late Alan Goode and Paul Kearney ?
