A copy of a weekly newspaper dating from December 1990 has gone on sale on eBay for £2.50.

The edition of the Belper News carried a front page report of some wintry weather conditions affecting the Derbyshire town which brought down electricity cables and cut off water supplies.

It has been put up for sale on the online auction site by a reader living in the nearby village of Lower Hartshay, but has yet to attract a bid.
