Glastonbury tickets up for grabs in newspaper ballot

The last thousand tickets available for this year’s Glastonbury Festival are being offered for sale to readers of a West Country newspaper.

The Western Daily Press, whose circulation area includes Glastonbury, has the last remaining batch of standard tickets for the event up for grabs in a promotion running until Friday.

To win the chance of buying a pair of these tickets, readers must have a registration number from Glastonbury Festival – available from www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk – and collect four differently dated tokens from the newspaper.

The successful applications will be drawn at random after 9am on 30 April. Winners will get the chance to buy one or two tickets.

Each ticket will cost the winner £175 plus £5 booking fee per ticket and £4.50 delivery charge per transaction.
