Staff at the Shropshire Star are inviting readers to collect tokens and bag a bus.
The promotion, which ends on Saturday, has seen tokens appearing in the paper every day for about a month.
The school which collects the most tokens receives a £25,000 LDV minibus.
Last year, 7,500,000 tokens were collected by pupils, parents and teachers across Shropshire.
This year’s campaign has been made easier – with no copying or sticking required.
Readers just have to collect the tokens and drop them into self-seal collection bags.
The Shropshire Star has been running stories on school collection camapigns, including the success of 11-year-old Daniel Hand, of Market Drayton, who has already collected more than 10,000 tokens and is still going strong.
