Western Daily Press deputy editor Chris Cowley is to leave the company on Friday.

Journalism student Lizzie Piggins decided to take the plunge after reading about it on the Breast Cancer Care website, and said: “I know several people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and I wanted to do something to help.”
