Missing man in touch thanks to newspaper's appeal

A missing man is to get in touch with his family after an appeal was printed in the Goole Times.

Paul Linley went missing a month ago and none of his family had heard from him.

But he contacted police to let them know he was safe and well and living at an address in Leeds as a direct result of appeals in the Goole Times.

A friend of Mr Linley had seen the articles and alerted him that his family was concerned for his safety. A police spokesman told the paper Mr Linley would be contacting his family.
