The booming circulation figures at the Salisbury Journal just go on and on.
After yet another ABC half-year increase for July to December 2000 (up by302 copies per week to 28,491), this year has seen a series of even steeperincreases.
All the January issues topped the 29,000 mark and the February 1st issue wasthe first in the newspaper’s 272-year history to top 29,500.
The new benchmark – 29,539 – lasted only one week, however, as the February8th issue hit 29,631.
