The funeral of Eastern Daily Press photographer Brian Waite is to be held tomorrow (Thursday) in King’s Lynn.

Brian (50) died while on an assignment for his newspaper on May 31 when he suffered a heart attack.

The funeral will be at Mintlynn Crematorium at 2.30pm. Family flowers only are requested, with donations in lieu to Oxfam and the British Heart Foundation.

A man who was arrested after Brian’s death after what police described as “an altercation” in Silver Street, Ely, has had police bail extended while further inquiries are carried out.
