Want to learn about travel writing?

New short courses on writing at a Cornwall college include training on travel writing for magazines and newspapers, with sessions taking place in spring next year.

The two-day travel writing course at Falmouth College of Arts will be run by former Daily Telegraph travel editor Gill Charlton. It runs in February and March.

Rob Steen, an acclaimed sports journalist and former sub-editor, will lead courses in Sports Writing and Editing Skills.

More details are available from Adam Sharpe at the college on 01326 370444.

Other courses for 2004 under the Working Words series include a ten-week course - Writing Non-Fiction - and several others to help people learn how to write novels, write for children and write poetry.
