Photographic exam success

The latest successes in the National Certificate Examination for press photographers have been announced, with eight candidates being awarded the qualification.

Ten press photographers and one photojournalist sat the National Council for the Training of Journalists exam on May 15.

Those who have been awarded their certificate are:

Matthew Austin - Express & Echo, Exeter;
James Balfour - Coventry Evening Telegraph;
Jack Harland - Hull Daily Mail;
Ian Hodgkinson - Burton Daily Mail;
Andrew Johnstone - Irvine Times;
Ian Jubb - Lincolnshire Echo;
Michael Lloyd - Slough & Windsor Express;
Oliver Sanders - Express & Echo, Exeter.
