The Midland News Association is a private newspaper publishing firm owned and run by the Wolverhampton-based Graham family.
Its two flagship daily titles – the Express and Star and Shropshire Star – account for more than 200,000 sales everyday.
The two dailies, along with their sister weekly newspapers, cover Wolverhampton, the Black Country, parts of the West Midlands, Shropshire and Mid Wales.
