The Grimsby Telegraph is opening up its photographic archives for a unique exhibition.

For the first time it is giving its readers the chance to see a snapshot of the hundreds of thousands of pictures that Telegraph snappers have captured over the years.

Images on display include those of famous moments in local sport and visits by the famous and royalty.

All the photographs will also be on sale so readers can take their favourites away with them.
