Thirty-five memorable photos have gone on show in an exhibition hosted by the Newcastle Chronicle.

That's Entertainment shows some of the North East's most famous faces and includes the Likely Lads, Laurel and Hardy, Bobby Thompson and Bobby Pattinson.

The exhibition is at Newcastle's Discovery Museum, in Blandford Square, running during the Newcastle Comedy Festival.

The paper is also hoping for a financial spin-off - as well as giving the public the chance to see the pictures, they can also buy a reprint from the Chronicle's photo sales department.
