An exhibition of work by photographers from the Eastern Daily Press was opening today in Norwich.
More than 50 striking images have been selected for the show, which forms part of the Optical Allusions Festival of Photography.
The pictures pay tribute to the skills, diligence and talent of photographers working for busy daily titles in the UK regional press who so often produce good pictures from average assignments against tight deadlines.
The EDP photographic team covers more than 8,000 assignments each year. The exhibition is running at the Norfolk and Norwich Central Reference Library, Gildengate House, Anglia Square, Norwich until March 18 (Mon-Fri 10am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm)
