Organisers of a reunion of ex-Express & Star staff have issued one last call out for anyone who wants to attend the event later this week.

For the past few weeks former reporter Helen Barklam and photographer Paul Pickard been busy tracking down old colleagues and other editorial staff who have ever worked at the Wolverhampton-based paper, and are expecting a good turnout.

But the pair and keen to make sure no one is left out, and so are asking people to spread the word.

The reunion will be held on October 20 at The Newhampton pub, Riches Street, Wolverhampton.

Helen said: "We have had a great response, but we are doing one last push for people to come along.

"Please pass on the date to anyone know who might like to come along. You would be gutted if you missed out on such a great night and we don't want leave anyone out."
